SOCRATES, INC. was formed in 1991 by Paul J. Gitnik. Paul J. Gitnik & Associates, LLC entered into a pilot program with a health plan and developed the first generation of subrogation solutions technology and tools. Today, we offer solutions in Subrogation, Coordination of Benefits, Reconciliation and Legal Process Outsourcing through an onsite, offsite, and offshore model.
